Update Part 2

Ok...the last pics in part 1 loaded out of order, so the names are wrong, but you can figure it out. That Saturday, the 28th, I moved into my apartment. For those of you who think I may be living in a hut...PLEASE Google South Korea and watch this video:

Well I got through my first week of teaching...barely. I have a kindergarten class in the morning. They don't speak English at all!!! Fun times! There are 10 of them, and they are friggin adorable. By the end of the first week, I had half of them saying thank you, may I go to the bathroom, and my name is ___. We're basically just going over ABC's right now, but these kids are so smart, it's crazy. I also have 3 elementary classes. 2 of the classes are of students that have only been studying English for a short time, but one class has been studying for quite a bit...they're my favorite. It's kind of refreshing to be able to have a conversation with your students at the end of the day!
That weekend I went out with a few of the teachers. We went to a live bar to sing and got shy Korean women to dance with us...Good times indeed.

The second week of teaching was much easier. I've been observed a few times, but I've been dealing with that for years as a teacher. We have art on Thursday's, and this week the kids made hats out of paper plates. Here are my darling kindergarteners:
